Thank you for choosing Nailed by Rhea! To ensure the best experience for every client, please take a moment to read the following policies before booking:
Booking & Cancellation
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount goes toward your service total.
I understand life can get busy and cancellations may happen. I kindly ask that you give me a 24 hours notice if you have to cancel your appointment
Late Policy :
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation. Please feel free to reach out if you're running late!
No-Show Policy :
No-shows will be charged 20% of the service total. After two no-shows, you may be blocked from future bookings.
No Work Over Others' Work :
To provide the best results and protect your nail health, I do not work over other techs' acrylic, gel, or Gel-X. If you have existing product, please book a removal with your service.
